This Privacy Policy describes how Yellow Butterfly ("Application", "App", "we", "us", or "our"), developed by Etta LLC ("Service Provider"), collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile application. Yellow Butterfly is a urine analysis application that connects to medical devices (urine analyzers) to analyze urine test strips. This Policy applies to all users of the Application.

• License Codes: Stored on Etta LLC servers for verification purposes only

• Health or medical data (urine analysis results)
• Medical device measurement data
• Any data that could identify your health condition

5.1 Data That IS Transmitted

• Support chat messages: Sent to Etta LLC servers when you use the support feature
• License codes: Sent to Etta LLC servers for license verification
• Anonymous crash reports: Sent to Firebase Crashlytics

• Urine analysis results
• Medical device data
• Test history and records
• Any personally identifiable health information

6. MEDICAL DEVICE INTEGRATION

The Application integrates with urine analyzers to provide test strip analysis:

6.1 Urine Analyzers

• Data Collected: Chemical composition, specific gravity, protein levels, and other urine test strip measurements
• Connection: Data is received via local connection (Bluetooth or similar) from the analyzer
• Processing: All data is processed locally within the Application
• Storage: Results are stored locally on your device only
• Transmission: No analyzer data is transmitted to external servers

7. SUPPORT CHAT

The Application includes a support chat feature for communicating with Etta LLC customer support:

• Voluntary Participation: Users choose to enter their name and write messages; this is entirely optional
• Data Sent: User-provided name and message content are transmitted to Etta LLC servers
• Purpose: Solely for providing customer support and responding to user inquiries
• No Third-Party Sharing: Support chat data is not shared with any third parties
• No Health Data: Users should avoid including sensitive health information in support messages; however, any information shared in chat is used only for support purposes

8. DEVICE LICENSING

The Application uses a licensing system for device activation:

• License Codes: A license code is sent to Etta LLC servers for verification and activation
• No Personal Data: The licensing process does not collect or transmit any personal information
• Purpose: Solely to verify that the device has a valid license to use the Application
• Storage: License codes are stored on Etta LLC servers for ongoing verification

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Application uses the following third-party service for technical functionality:

• Firebase Crashlytics: Anonymous crash reporting to help us identify and fix application issues

Note: Firebase Crashlytics collects only anonymous technical data (crash reports, device type, OS version). It does not have access to any personal or health data.

10. USER RIGHTS AND CONTROL

10.1 Data Ownership

• Users retain full ownership of all health and personal data
• All health data remains under user's complete control on their device
• Users can access, modify, or delete their data at any time

10.2 Permission Management

• Users can disable medical device integration at any time
• Users can choose not to use the support chat feature
• Users can control data export and sharing

10.3 Data Deletion

• Users can delete individual test results and records
• Users can delete all local data through app settings
• All local data is automatically deleted when the app is uninstalled
• Users can request deletion of support chat data by contacting INFO@ETTAGROUP.RU

11. DATA RETENTION

• Local Health Data: Retained as long as the user keeps the Application installed; deleted automatically upon uninstallation
• Support Chat Data: Retained on Etta LLC servers for the duration necessary to provide support; users may request deletion
• Licensing Data: Retained on Etta LLC servers for the duration of the license validity
• Crash Reports: Retained by Firebase Crashlytics according to their data retention policies
• User Control: Users can delete local data at any time through the Application

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Application is designed for adult users (18+) and is intended for medical analysis purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us immediately at INFO@ETTAGROUP.RU.

13. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

All health and medical data is stored locally on the user's device, so no international data transfers occur for this data. Support chat messages and license codes are processed on Etta LLC servers. Anonymous crash reports may be processed by Firebase in accordance with Google's data processing policies.

14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through:

• In-app notifications
• Updated "Last Updated" date

Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
